One-On-One Coaching

David will meet with you personally and provide extensive feedback for all of your catering questions. These are regularly scheduled sessions that can be conducted in person or by phone. One-on-One Coaching is intended for anyone starting a career in catering, restaurants looking to develop their off-premise business, or caterers who are already in business and ready to take their business to the next level.

Hourly Scheduled Meetings ↓

Hourly sessions are purchased individually, allowing the client flexibility to book David on an as-needed basis.

Pre-Purchased Package ↓

There are special deals for pre-purchased packages of 6, 9, or 12 hours of consulting time. This is a cost-saver and provides the client consistent, ongoing support.

Retainer ↓

The client is free to consult with David at an at-need basis, allowing continuous, unlimited support. The client pays a monthly fee.

Business Consulting

Taught in four phases:

Start Up ↓

This phase is for those individuals who are starting completely from scratch. The 10 sessions in this phase are geared toward preparing you to open your doors with all your ducks in a row.

Party and Event Templates ↓

This phase is for those individuals who are open for business and need some guidance organizing and preparing for parties and events. The 10 sessions in this phase are in place to help you decide what lists you need and what lists might be crowding your desk and your employees.

Business Development ↓

This phase is for those individuals who are running an organized catering company and need to learn how to bring in more clients. The 10 sessions in this phase aim to prepare business owners in writing, communicating and selling themselves and their services.

Human Resources ↓

This phase is for those individuals who are off and running – but need help understanding hiring and firing and relations with employees. The 10 sessions in this phase prepare you for and protect you from any employee circumstance – good or bad.
